- If this is an emergency please call (416) 479-0292 ext 4. An emergency is when (a) your EMR system is inaccessible from inside your clinic or medical offices, or (b) you are unable to open a patient's chart.

Please note that support requests are only available to customers with an active, up-to-date support agreement. In the event your support request is not covered by the support agreement we will be happy to give you an estimate.
